Products
ProprKey and Pinhelm are software products of Fitzhue Enterprise LLC. They are offered on their own sites (proprkey.com, pinhelm.com) under their own product terms. ProprKey is billed as monthly subscriptions, as described on that site.
Consulting
The consulting page is an invitation to inquire. Work starts only when both sides agree in a separate writing. Entry ranges on that page are the published ranges. The APAC engagement, when it is offered, is advice and introductions. It is not legal counsel and it is not an employer-of-record service.
No promised result
The site is informational. It is not a promise of a particular business result, and it is not legal, tax, or employment advice.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the site or the form. Do not submit unlawful content, and do not attempt to break the form.

Intellectual property
The site's content, the Fitzhue, ProprKey and Pinhelm names and logos are owned by Fitzhue Enterprise LLC. You may view and share pages for your own business evaluation but may not copy, modify or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
