Contact form

If you submit the form on the contact page, the browser sends the fields you entered and the page address to /api/lead on fitzhue.com so we can reply about that request. The fields are the service, your name, company, work email, role, bottleneck, budget band, how you heard about us, your consent, and a website field that is left blank. The form does not sign you up for a newsletter.

Why we use it: to respond to your enquiry and, if you engage us, to scope and deliver the work. We rely on the consent you give by ticking the box on the form. If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We don't add you to marketing lists without separate consent.

We use service providers to run this site and handle your request: Cloudflare (Pages) (hosting and form delivery), Resend (email delivery) to the leads@fitzhue.com mailbox, Cloudflare (Email Routing), which forwards the mail, Google (Gmail), which stores it, and Google (analytics). There is no database; leads are held only in that mailbox and in Resend's delivery logs. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention

Contact-form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, then deleted, unless they become part of a client engagement, in which case the client agreement governs. Analytics event data is kept for 2 months and user data for 14 months, and the user-data period resets on new activity.

International transfers

Fitzhue is based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in the US and other countries. When we transfer personal data out of Singapore or other APAC countries, we require recipients to protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA, through contracts or the provider's data-processing terms.

Analytics

Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via 'Cookie settings' in the footer.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to measure visits. It sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_<ID>) that store a random identifier. Your cookie choice is stored in this browser's localStorage until you clear it or change it in Cookie settings. Google receives your IP address to derive approximate location but, per Google, GA4 does not log or store IP addresses. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, by blocking cookies, or via Cookie settings.

Your rights

Your rights. You can ask us to confirm whether we hold your personal data, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. You can also withdraw your consent. Email support@fitzhue.com. We'll respond within 30 days (PDPA) and in any case within 45 days. If we decline, you can appeal by replying 'Appeal' within 60 days, and we'll answer within 60 days. Texas residents whose appeal is denied may contact the Texas Attorney General at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint.

Security, children and changes

Security: we use HTTPS, restrict access to staff who need it, and use providers with industry-standard security. No method is perfectly secure. Children: this site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 18). We don't knowingly collect their data. Changes: we'll post changes here and update the 'Last updated' date. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
